Food Contact Materials (FCM) refer to all materials and products that come into contact with food, including food packaging, food containers, auxiliary materials, equipment, tools, etc. used for processing and preparing food. During the process of FCM coming into contact with food, its components or ingredients (including various additives) may migrate to the food in small amounts under usage conditions. If these migrating substances contain certain toxic and harmful ingredients, it can pose a health hazard to the human body.
